(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and prescribe the quality of electricity to be produced, transmitted or distributed in accordance with this Act.
(2) Power generation, transmission or distribution should be done in such a way that the quality specified in accordance with sub-section (1) is maintained.
